This Privacy Policy explains how Lemhi, Inc. ("Lemhi," "we," "us" or "our") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit our website at www.lemhi.com and related pages (the "Site"), contact us, or otherwise interact with us. Lemhi provides a software-as-a-service platform that helps managed service providers ("MSPs") deliver AI services to their business clients (the "Services").

Lemhi is a business-to-business company. Our Site and Services are intended for businesses and the people who work for them, not for consumers or children.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect through the Site, through our marketing and sales activities, and about the business users of our Services. It does not apply to data our customers submit to or connect with the Services ("Customer Data"). We process Customer Data on behalf of our customers under our agreements with them, and each customer controls how its Customer Data is collected and used. If you have questions about Customer Data, contact the MSP or organization that provides you access to Lemhi.

We do not use Customer Data to train artificial intelligence models, and we do not sell personal information.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site and to understand how it is used. These include analytics tools, such as PostHog, which record page views and interactions so we can measure and improve the Site. Our forms are provided by HubSpot, which may set cookies to process form submissions and connect them to your earlier visits.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. If you block cookies, some parts of the Site may not work as intended. Where required by law, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control.

5. How we share information

We share personal information only as described below:

  • Service providers: companies that perform services for us, such as website hosting (Microsoft Azure), analytics (PostHog), customer relationship management and forms (HubSpot), email and communications tools. They may use personal information only to provide services to us.
  • Partners and customers: if you interact with us through an MSP or partner, we may share relevant information with that MSP or partner to provide the Services.
  • Legal and safety: when we believe disclosure is required by law, regulation or legal process, or is necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of Lemhi, our customers or others.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this Privacy Policy.
  • With your consent: in other cases where you direct us to share information.

6. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Services, maintain business records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. When we no longer need it, we delete or de-identify it.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls and multi-factor authentication for internal systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, including in California and other U.S. states with consumer privacy laws, you may have the right to:

  • know what personal information we collect about you and how we use it, and access a copy of it;
  • correct inaccurate personal information;
  • delete your personal information;
  • opt out of targeted advertising, the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, and certain profiling; and
  • not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will verify your request before responding, and you may use an authorized agent where the law allows. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision. Requests about Customer Data should be sent to the customer that controls it; we will assist our customers in responding.

Lemhi is based in the United States, and we process and store information in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

10. Children's privacy

The Site and Services are intended for business use and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Third-party links

The Site links to websites and services we do not operate, such as LinkedIn and YouTube. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for them.

12. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the Site after an update means the updated Privacy Policy applies.
